Dog & Cat Licenses

Dog and cat licenses expire January 1st and must be renewed annually. Proof of current rabies vaccination must be presented in order to obtain a license.

FamilyCare Health Insurance

NJ FamilyCare - New Jersey's publicly funded health insurance program - includes CHIP, Medicaid and Medicaid expansion populations. That means qualified NJ residents of any age may be eligible for free or low-cost healthcare coverage that covers doctor visits, prescriptions, vision, dental care, mental health and substance use services, and even hospitalization.

As per the By-Laws, the purpose of the Board of Recreation is to develop and promote the adoption of healthy recreational activities for all citizens of the Village of Ridgefield Park regardless of age, sex, color, creed and national origin.
